TAG Rugby is an easy to learn non-contact sport.

Players wear tag rugby shorts with two tags attached by Velcro.
Mixed teams of seven people, 4 guys & 3 girls with subs. 12–15 on a team.
Teams are created by the players themselves in advance of a league or people can sign up as an individual to be put on a team for a league.
The team with the ball attacks and the other team defends.
