Tag Republic are delighted to announce that we will be welcoming the National Tag League to SuperValu Pairc Ui Chaoimh in March 2025.
This competition is a brand-new format from Tag Rugby Ireland with 3 dates in the calendar this Spring for representative tag. Each region participates in 2 of these 3 dates.
📆The dates are;
- 16th Feb 2025 – Cork Chiefs are not involved on this date.
- 9th March 2025 – Cork Chiefs travel to National Sports Campus, Dublin.
- 30th March 2025 – Cork Chiefs host in SuperValu Páirc Uí Chaoimh, Cork.
The National League categories are Men’s, Women’s and Mixed Open teams from
- Dublin Wolves
- Limerick Tag Rugby
- Dublin Warriors Northside
- Galway Tag Rugby
- Cork Chiefs
Cork Chiefs will have 3 teams competing in the league in Men’s, Women’s and Mixed Open in the league whilst in Pairc Ui Chaoimh we will additionally have a Cork Chiefs Invitational side partaking.

Players will be picked from squads from players partaking in the current Winter League and upcoming Early Spring League only. If you wish to represent Cork Chiefs for the upcoming national league, please fill out this form expressing your interest and we will in touch in due course.
NB This League is independent to and separate from the summer one-day blitz known as “Nationals”. Coaches are only being sought for the National League on the two days above. There is no Irish Tag Rugby input into National League selection. Full details of the National League can be found here.
